Take advantage of your employer’s charity matching policy when donating to Shore Saves! Shore Saves is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity, so we are eligible for employee matching programs. By using an employer’s matching gift benefit, you can increase your impact on our mission to rescue dogs from NJ’s overcrowded shelters.
Matching gift programs allow employers to support employees' donations, helping make an impactful gift even more so by doubling (sometimes tripling!) the donation at no additional cost to the employee.

The Shore Saves team considers their pets as family. Celebrate the life of beloved family and friends - human or K9 - with a donation in their memory.
Once you've donated, send us an email and we'll provide a customized, printable card you can gift the recipient.
How every dollar helps
Shore Saves is a donor-funded animal rescue.
100% of our proceeds go towards saving, sheltering, feeding, and caring for dogs in need.
Per dog, here is a breakdown of the average expenses involved in caring for our rescues:
$35 – monthly food and treats
$50 - monthly preventatives
$125 – transporting
$300 – basic vaccinations
$400 – spay/neuter
$1,000 – heartworm treatment
